Assignment: A written Reflection of a case that was discussed in one of the group clinical supervision (2000 words).
Four Learning Outcomes:

Identify and critically discuss the main themes that emerged from a case or clinical issue discussed in the group and relate these to promoting and developing resilience in care provision ( This is the case presented and the themes that came up) Case presented: During one of the group clinical supervision, a female group members presented a case of a male patient in the forensic unit who stalked and killed his partner . It was reported that he liked to stalk women especially when he gets close. The reason she reason she presented this case is to know how she can keep herself and others safe. Themes: The following are the themes that came during the supervision meeting: Safety, management of self, Shared responsibility, resilience, effective communication, responsibility and cultural competence.
Analyse aspects of their own learning and developing ability to reflect and be reflexive through the process of Mental Health Clinical Supervision and Professional Development.
Critically evaluate own personal and professional development, and articulate their suitability for employment as a registered mental health nurse.
