Structure
The report should be in the form of a case/example illustrating the chosen health
challenge, structured as an academic paper with a clear introduction, problem
formulation and research question, followed by a discussion and analysis. All
stated facts in the report should be supported by references to the course literature
and empirical articles addressing the chosen health topic. Use academic writing in
pursuing a discussion on your topic.
The final report should be clearly labelled with your name and a title, and should
be longer than 5 pages.
New Roman (or equivalent), excluding references. It
should include:
• Introduction and background: Based on a preliminary literature review
you should introduce the reader to the problem in focus and explain its
global health relevance,
• Aim and research questions: A description of the specific focus of the
report and, following this aim, more specific research questions should be
formulated in this section,
• Result and discussion: In this part the chosen global health challenge
should be presented and connected to the themes of the course and
supported by the course literature and empirical articles,
• References: A complete list of references should be provided using
APA systems.
